Who we are

This website is run by Theometrix Limited (RC 9561999), a wholesale supplier of hardware and building materials. Our shop is at Success Line, Shop No. S/90, Building Materials International Market, Ogidi, Anambra State, Nigeria.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, for example when you fill in the quote form, message us on WhatsApp, email us, call us or contact us on Instagram or Facebook. This can include:

• your name and business name
• your phone or WhatsApp number and email address
• your city or state and delivery address
• the products, sizes and quantities you ask about, and your order and payment records

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and send you prices
• to process, deliver and follow up on your order
• to keep invoices and business records, as the law requires
• to keep our website secure and working properly

We use your details because you asked us to quote or supply goods, because we have a legitimate business interest in responding to customers and running our business, or because the law requires us to keep certain records. We will only send you offers or updates if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it where needed to serve you:

• Messaging and email services: when you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook (run by Meta) or by email (Google Workspace), your messages are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
• Our website host, which stores the website and its technical logs.
• Transport and logistics partners, who receive your name, phone number and address when we arrange delivery.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your information.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as Nigerian tax and company law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your data, where we don’t need to keep it by law
• stop or limit how we use it, or stop sending you messages
• send your data to you or another organisation in a usable format

Keeping your data safe

We limit access to customer details to the people who need them to serve you, and we use secure, password-protected accounts for email, messaging and our website.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
